Illegal Alien Charged With Brutally Murdering Riley

ICE Reveals Ibarra’s History
Jose Antonio Ibarra, a Venezuelan national, crossed into the U.S. near El Paso in 2022. He was arrested in New York City the following year but was released before a detainer could be issued. He currently resides in an apartment near where the murder took place.
U.S. Rep. Houston Gaines revealed that Ibarra had a history of shoplifting and had a bench warrant for failing to appear in court. Both Ibarra and his brother are in custody without bond.
