Political commentator Charlamagne Tha God has stated that he regrets endorsing Kamala Harris in the 2020 election, and he does not plan to endorse President Joe Biden and Harris in this year’s presidential election. He believes that Harris has not lived up to the expectations he had of her.
In December of 2021, Charlamagne interviewed Harris and questioned her about the real president of the country. He also voiced his disappointment with Biden after the “you ain’t Black” comments he made in 2020.
Harris’ approval ratings have plummeted significantly in the last year, making her the least popular first-term vice president since Dan Quayle. Political scientist Thomas Gift believes that Harris’ unpopularity could make a difference in this year’s election.
With celebrities like Charlamagne turning on her, it seems that Harris could face more criticism in the lead-up to the election. This could be a challenging time for the Vice President.
