The anti-Donald Trump singer Cher, 77, has shown just childish she really is once again by throwing a temper tantrum after being snubbed by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for decades.

Cher Has Meltdown Over Snubbing

While appearing on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” last Friday, Cher admitted that she has never even been nominated to join the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Daily Mail reported that host Kelly Clarkson expressed her shock over Cher not being in this hall of fame as she discussed the Moonstruck star being one of only two artists to have a number one single on the charts in each of the past seven decades.

“You know what, I wouldn’t be in it now if they gave me a million dollars,” Cher said in response, adding that she was not “kidding” and that she was “about to say something else.”

“I was gonna say I’m not s***ting you!” Cher continued.

When Clarkson tried to offer some advice in case she changes her mind about this, Cher immediately shut her down.

“I’m never going to change my mind,” she said. “They can just go you-know-what themselves.”

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has yet to respond to Cher’s tantrum at the time of this writing. Check out her full meltdown in the video below.

Cher Doesn’t Like Her Own Voice

It’s a bit odd that Cher is so angry about not being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, given the fact that she admitted earlier this year to not liking her own voice.

“I just never liked my voice that much. If I had my choice, I probably would have another one, but I didn’t get my choice. I got my mother’s voice,” Cher told Paper Magazine back in October. “It’s weird. It doesn’t sound like a man, it doesn’t sound like a woman. I’m somewhere more in-between. I have this strange style.”

“I don’t pronounce my Rs. I guess some consonants are hard to sing,” she confessed. “I never liked it very much. I mean, people seem to like it, and I’m happy as a clam, but I wouldn’t have picked it. I liked it on my mother and it’s definitely my mom’s voice. My mom’s is softer, mine is edgier — different, but the same, but I don’t think I would have picked it.”

Cher’s Anti-Trump Obsession

Over the past few years, Cher has been far more focused on bashing Trump than on her music career. In fact, she’s gone so far as to pledge to flee the United States if Trump wins the 2024 presidential election.

“I almost got an ulcer the last time [Trump was elected],” Cher told The Guardian two months ago. “If he gets in, who knows? This time I will leave [the country].”

In 2018, Cher told The Washington Post that “Trump has done so much damage and I’m not sure people really understand how deep the damage goes.”

The next year, while being given an award at VH1’s “Trailblazer Honors,” Cher used her speech to bash Trump.

“When I see Trump spew his hatred and tell his gazillion lies, I get pissed off, but I also feel really uneasy. Then I see [California Rep.] Nancy [Pelosi] come on TV and I think, ‘It’s all good, Nancy is in the House,’” she said at the time.

If Cher really wanted to get inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, perhaps she should have focused a little more on releasing a rock song that is actually good, and a little less on bashing Trump every chance she gets. In the end, we can certainly see why the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame wants nothing to do with Cher, and we hope they stick to their guns!
