Jonathan Capehart and former Capitol Police Officer Michael Fanone discussed the January 6th riot during an interview aired on MSNBC. Capehart became emotional and pulled out a tissue while speaking to Fanone. Fanone seemed uncomfortable with Capehart’s behavior and is known for his dramatic testimony before the House committee, where he denounced lawmakers that downplayed the attack. Fanone also expressed happiness regarding Donald Trump’s indictment, comparing it to the day Osama Bin Laden was killed. Capehart did not shy away from his emotional response.
