New York Attorney General Letitia James will reportedly consider seizing property owned by former President Donald Trump if he is unable to pay the massive $354 million fine handed down by Judge Arthur Engoron.
Engoron, a Democrat, imposed the fine against Trump in a civil fraud case in New York after finding that the GOP presidential candidate and his companies had engaged in an effort to defraud lenders and insurers by inflating the value of his assets.
It was a ruling that “Shark Tank” star Kevin O’Leary described as “un-American” as he demanded the judgment be “reviewed and appealed and turned over.”
James, on a victory tour after convincing a Democrat judge in one of the most liberal areas in the entire nation of the nature of the fraud, said she will make sure Trump pays.
“If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC News.
James added that her office is “prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers, and yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day.”
That is the address of the Trump Building in lower Manhattan.

Trump Compares Malicious Judges And Prosecutors Harassing Him To Death Of Navalny
Appearing on a Fox News Channel town hall hosted by Laura Ingraham, Trump compared the constant ongoing political harassment to the recent death of Russian dissident Alexei Navalny.
“It’s a horrible thing,” he said of Navalny’s death in a Russian prison, “but it’s happening in our country, too.”
“I got indicted four times … all because of the fact that I’m in politics,” Trump said. “They indicted me on things that are so ridiculous.”
“It is a form of Navalny. It is a form of communism, of fascism,” he added.
Ingraham has argued that the fraud ruling and the numerous indictments against Trump are an indication that the attention-seeking Democrats behind them are “tyrants in training.”
“Political opposition is eliminated through censorship of opposing views, intimidation of freethinkers through harassment, and also show trials, of course, and imprisonment of the opposition. That’s all part of it,” Ingraham claims. “And then there’s always the threats to family members and financial ruin.”
“Well, Donald Trump is facing all of that,” she adds.

Shrugs Off Letitia James, Reveals Plan For ‘Revenge’
Trump, during the town hall, largely dismissed the ongoing legal issues, including the James case in which she has threatened to seize his assets.
“If I were losing in the polls, they wouldn’t even be talking about me,” Trump asserted. “Although I think they hate me so much even if I got out, they’d say ‘Hey, let’s pursue this guy.’”
The presumptive GOP nominee described Judge Engoron rightly as a “nutjob” and called James “horrible.”
“They are trying to damage me so they can win another election,” he continued.
One audience member asked Trump about possibly “settling old scores” should he win back the White House.
“I don’t care about the revenge thing. My revenge will be success,” he stated.
Trump posted the video clip of his “revenge” comment on Truth Social.
And what better revenge than to have America First succeed in 2024 when Democrats want to prevent the American people from prospering at all costs?
Trump has indicated he’ll appeal the ruling and excessive fine.
