This week, the former Fox News host Megyn Kelly slammed the “new feminists” who are upset about Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie being snubbed by the Oscars. Kelly called it ridiculous for women to feel entitled to awards and criticized the feminists for their reaction. She pointed out that while Gerwig and Robbie were not nominated in the categories they expected, Barbie actress America Ferrera did receive a nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Kelly questioned whether Ferrera was kept down as well. She criticized the feminists for being angry that Robbie and Gerwig did not get nominated and said that the new feminists believe they are entitled to certain nominations. She also mentioned that even the failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton joined the conversation, using a hashtag to show support for Gerwig and Robbie. The liberal meltdown over the Barbie Oscar snubs has been ridiculous, and we’re glad that Kelly had the guts to call them out on it.
