Yesterday, Dave Rubin posted a picture of a sign titled Non U.S. – Citizen Document Validation using CBP One Technology on Twitter. Mr. Rubin wrote: “I’m in the Pre-TSA line, where migrants don’t have to have an ID to get through security, and it’s their choice whether they want their picture taken.” The sign explains how document validation with CBP One works for migrants with a four-step process: Notify the TSA Officer that you are a migrant. The TSA Officer will take a photo (optional). If requested, provide your alien identification number or biographic information. Follow officer instructions. There are so many alarming aspects of these four steps alone. Right off the bat, there doesn’t seem to be anything stopping an actual American citizen who may be a bad actor from just claiming they are a migrant. Next, why is it optional for migrants to have their photo taken when a tax-paying, law-abiding citizen must have a government-issued photo ID? Finally, the third step has all manner of dangers associated with it, if only because it implies that not every migrant has to present any other information. However, even if they are requested to provide their “alien identification number” or “biographic data” it’s all based on what they input into the flawed CBP One application, which very well could be false. Thanks to the Mexican cartels who found a loophole to get around the geo-tracking mechanism of the app. Always looking for ways to profit, the cartels have been using VPNs to help anyone in the world get a CBP One appointment. For the right price, the cartels provide these VPNs, which fool the app into believing an individual from a cleared country is accessing the appointment. This is the same app that TSA is now relying on to wave through God knows who onto major airliners flying across the United States. There are multiple illegal activities ongoing as the app co-releases unidentified individuals into the country. Last month, over 300,000 illegal immigrant encounters were recorded, setting a record for the highest amount in one month. Since Fiscal Year 2021 there have been over 1.7 million “known gotaways” and in Fiscal Year 2023 alone there were 169 individuals caught who are on the terrorist watch list. The wide open border coupled with America’s laissez-faire security measures for migrants mixed in with the airline issues alone with aircraft doors falling off is an environment rich with devastating terrorist opportunities. But that’s not what the Biden administration is focused on. However, the potential “terrorists” they are worried about are everyday Americans who happened to travel to D.C. in January of 2021. Director of the Air Marshal National Council Sonya LaBosco explained: “We’re following people that flew into the national Capitol region in January 2021. You did not have to go to the Capitol or the rally, and you’ve been put on a specific list that TSA now has assigned air marshals to follow these people who have not had any type of criminal investigation, they haven’t committed a crime, but yet three years later, we’re following the same individuals day in and day out.” Individuals who are not citizens who broke our immigration laws travel freely, undocumented, and not tracked – while law-abiding citizens are required to provide proper identification, be put on a list, and “followed.” At the same time, citizens have been placed under the strict surveillance of the government.
