In a new interview, Wallen spoke out against the release of previously unheard tracks that he wrote and recorded in the early days of his music career. Wallen found himself in hot water back in February of 2021 when he was caught on camera dropping the n-word as he arrived home from a drunken night out with friends. Last month, Wallen opened up about the backlash that he received for using this racial slur. “There’s no excuse. I’ve never made an excuse. I never will make an excuse,” Wallen told Billboard. Despite being targeted by the cancel culture mob, Wallen remains one of the most popular stars in today’s country music world. What do you think about his latest comments?
