Fabric Pencil Case with the Silhouette Rotary Blade

This adorable design is #49875 by Carina Gardner. My instructions use the Silhouette Rotary Blade where no interfacing is used, but the original design was created before the rotary blade existed, so you can absolutely do this project with a fabric blade and sewable fabric interfacing.
